By attending and participating at the URSA conference you are eligible to receive USBE licensure points/hours or SUU college graduate credit.  Only one type of "credit" may be earned.  Credit requests and payments must be received by Tuesday, July 31. Please direct credit-related questions to (435) 654-1921.

For USBE credit: at the conclusion of the conference submit the first form below.  You'll receive 1 hour for each session attended, including the keynotes, for up to 10 hours.  Presenters receive an additional 10 hours. There is no cost for USBE credit.

In order to earn SUU college credit you must attend the whole conference, including one presentation per time slot, and each keynote address.  You will need to complete both forms below, as well as submit the $22 payment via this online payment portal.  Ensure the dropdown is changed to reflect "URSA SUU Credit."  (Preferred method is above, but if necessary a check may also be made payable to NUES, and mailed to 35 S Main St, Heber City, UT 84032.)

FORMS:
1. USBE Licensure Points & SUU Credit Form Both credit request types need to submit this form.

2. SUU Course Registration Form To be done only if SUU credit is desired.  Email form to dmossman@nucenter.org.  You will need to save the completed form on your device before it is e-mailed, or it will be blank when it is received.  (If needed, forms may also be mailed with a check to the above address.)
