Mindfulness interventions have been shown to reduce teacher burnout, increase professional quality of life, and increase academic achievement in the students of teachers that practice mindfulness. My presentation delves in to the intersections of mindfulness practices, neurobiology, and education to introduce teachers and staff to practical and accessible forms of interventions and behavior supports.
