The Challenge: Schools today are facing ever increasing competition as parents and students have many choices to turn to. The answer is to create truly loyal customers for your schools, including students, parents and others in the community. This presentation will provide participants with ideas and techniques to create loyal customers in our school settings. The skills shared have been proven to not only improve patron, employee, and student satisfaction, but to also improve overall school success. Participants will receive a sample "Hot Tip" card and a presentation handout to use as they gather information on winning education customer loyalty.
