Lavinia Gripentrog has been the Transition Specialist at the Utah State Board of Education since 2017. She completed a Master’s degree in Transition from Utah State University in 2015, and has a Master’s degree from the University of Utah in Special Education. Lavinia has 21 years of special education teaching experience ages 5-22 and across disabilities. She most recently was a transition specialist, post-high teacher, and assistive technology team member in Murray School District.
