She has trained counselors and teachers nationally how to build relationships with students for academic success and mental well being. She was a crisis responder for 25 years in Jordan School District and a counselor at West Hills Middle School and Copper Mountain Middle School. She has a passion for working with students who have incarcerated parents and believes strongly that counselors, teachers and administrators make life-changing differences with students when relationships can be built.
